Trustmark Group Select's Claim, Eligibility and Benefits Look-Up for members is a
user-friendly system with online access to payment status of current and previous Trustmark
medical and dental claims as well as eligibility and benefit information for themselves and their family members.
After you register online to use the Claim, Eligibility and Benefits Look-Up,
simply enter your Social Security number and Group ID number (on your ID card) to access
your secure claims records. You can view the status for submitted claims and see each family member's
eligibility, individual and family deductible and out-of-pocket amounts that have been satisfied.
For those times when you can't access the Internet, you can receive claims, eligibility
and benefits information over the telephone anytime by calling the Eligibility/Benefit
toll-free number on the back of your Trustmark Group Select ID Card.
