Use the pull-down menu to access a list of managed care networks associated with our PPO plans. Find your network to locate a participating physician and/or hospital in your area. If you are unsure which network you're enrolled in, look at the logo on your medical ID card.

To search for a Healthy Directions Extended PPO participating doctor or facility, choose "MultiPlan (PHCS)" network below. From the MultiPlan website, click on "Find a Doctor or Facility" and search by selecting the corresponding logo that is shown on the back of your ID card.

If your healthcare provider is not currently participating in the network and you would like him or her to join, please have the provider contact the network to begin the application process. To be considered for most networks, the provider must have admitting privileges at a participating hospital, meet the network's credentialing criteria and accept the network's discounted rates.

Please note, participation requirements will vary from network to network. Trustmark Group Select has no involvement in network development or in the acceptance of a provider to any network, nor can Trustmark Group Select guarantee the acceptance of an application by the network.
