Electronic processing reduces claim adjudication costs, turnaround time and errors, which allows Trustmark Insurance to provide even better service to our valued policyholders.

Our trained claims staff is available by phone toll-free from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday to answer questions from you or your provider. Representatives can help clarify covered benefits and work with you and your physician to pre-determine benefit coverage. They also can provide information on the status of claims submitted to Trustmark Insurance.
